The hotel's location is extremely convenient for shoppers and foodies, with multiple shopping malls and restaurants located nearby. the rooms are clean, spacious and come with comfortable beds. the bathroom is well, maintained and comes with a heated marble floor that adds a luxurious touch. Staff are polite, helpful and accommodating, making the check, in process smooth and straightforward. the hotel facilities are state, of, the, art, including a great gym and a beautiful 25, meter pool.

The pool is indoors, which might not be ideal who prefer outdoor swimming.

From the moment I arrived, the staff provided exceptional service with polite and accommodating attitudes. the exclusive amenities, including the indoor swimming pool and sauna, provided the ultimate relaxation experience. the comfortable beds and heated flooring in the bathroom with a large mirror were impressive. the restaurant served delicious breakfast with many Asian and English choices, satisfying all guests' needs.

The minor inconvenience I experienced was the air conditioner turning off in the early morning. restarting it was not a major issue.

The breakfast had a diverse selection of Asian and Western options to choose from, catering to all preferences. the hotel staff was very welcoming, polite and helpful throughout the entire stay. the convenient location near large malls and great restaurants made it easy to explore the city.

The air conditioner seemed to turn off early in the morning, requiring a manual restart. traffic jams near the hotel were frequent and could be a setback if there is a time restriction.
